职位描述：
工作职责：根据生产安排，完成面套的裁剪或缝纫工作，主要为平车；
岗位要求：男女不限、生疏手均可，有培训师和老员工教，18周岁以上，能适应倒班，身体健康，服从安排；
工资待遇：（需要倒班）
底薪：2008元；
加班：平均每月加班约100小时左右，平时加班17.3元/时，周六日加班23元/时；法定节假日34.6元/时；
月度绩效奖：700元以上；
另有租房补贴300元，高温补贴150元(6-10月），工龄奖金、节假日礼金（200-500元不等），购物卡、夜班补贴、年终奖等；
综合工资达4500~5500元以上。
面试时间：周一至周五，13:45在公司门口集合，统一安排工厂参观及面试，面试需带好身份证。 举报 分享

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3,Golf Sportvans, and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 700 million.
