职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Provide the help and guidance to establish, develop and maintain the brand identity and professional exposure in China market for distributors in accordance with brand standards, in terms of the establishment of the showroom, communication themes, visuals, color and font statements, product packaging, slogans, printouts, displays, etc.
2. Design and manage China’s brand strategy in accordance with global and China marketing strategy. Develop, execute and manage annual brand marketing plan and budgets for all product categories and through defined platforms. Guide the distributors to carry out integrated marketing campaigns and activities in order to increase brand awareness and loyalty in China market.
3. Close alignment with PORCELANOSA Shanghai Office and HQ Brand Management function to ensure global brand identity and create synergy;
4. PR campaigns & annual crisis management;
5. Good communication and cooperation with distributors.

Requirement:
1. College degree or above with the major in marketing, advertising, design, art or relevant areas. Educational background in business related field will be a strong plus.
2. Related working experience in building materials or durable goods industry, served luxury/premium brands, both in-house or consultancy agency would be fine. MNC preferred.
3. Open-minded, easygoing, positive attitude and good communication skills.
4. Creative, passionate, self-motivated, persuade perfection.
5. Ability to handle multi-tasks and sense on deadline.
6. An excellent communicator and active cross-boundary team player.
