天猫店长/网店运营经理

岗位职责：
根据品牌推广策略，安排网络店铺的各项促销活动，提升品牌整体形象，提升整体营业额。
· 品牌网络推广活动方案的企划及执行
· 电子商务平台市场推广计划的制定及执行
· 电子商务项目每月网站更新计划的制定及执行
· 策划并执行淘宝体系内的营销活动（天猫活动、直通车、钻展、淘客、淘金币、集分宝等等），以及淘宝体系外的市场推广（富媒体、SEM/SEO等等）

岗位要求：
任职资格的具体描述：
· 2年以上淘宝方面工作经验；

· 认同澳斐斯公司的经营理念，愿意投身于零售行业的B2C网站运营工作；
· 具备极佳的挑战精神；
· 具备良好的课题解决能力及抗压能力（有项目管理经验者优先）
· 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
· 具备电子商务网络推广大型活动经验，在通过网络扩大销售额、增加微博粉丝数及品牌推广方面具有经验，能够在网络推广活动中带领相关担当者积极推进工作，达成目标。
· 具备网络及实体店两方面MK企划经验者优先。
