职位描述：
1.Orders maintain ;
2.Shipments arrangement;
3.A/R Track;
4.Customers communication;
5.Weekly Sales. Fcst. Fill Rate analysis & reporting;
6.Customer complaint.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.3-5 years of customer service representative experience would be a asset;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders at all levels from different cultures and backgrounds with a strong sense of customer service ethics
4.Ability to work as a strong team player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast paced and highly demanding environment while be organized to deliver on tight deadlines and productivity metrics.
5.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
