职位描述：
American Furniture Company looking for Bill of Materials Analyst

Essential Responsibilities/Activities

Create Bill of Materials
Estimate material requirements
Create & maintain records within company’s database software
Processing of live sales orders, creating and maintain product structure components
Coordinating with factory engineering department and BOM Lead concerning bill of materials
Minimize bill of material errors by applying parts where, when, and limit wastage
Responsible for the accuracy of all Bills of Materials
Work with Quality Control to coordinate and expedite BOM approval process
Work with Production, Purchasing and Planning to ensure that the BOM has the correct structure as well as the correct components and quantities in the BOM
Audit Bill of Materials information for accuracy and completeness, specifically quantities and wastage
Other duties as assigned by Manager

Minimum Requirements
Exposure to product manufacturing process
Experience with database managed software
     Experience with Excel software
Minimum Four (4) years of experience in production, prototype procurement, and/or manufacturing processes in furniture industry
Basic understanding of the manufacturing processes relating to wood, metals, foam, and textiles.
Ability to read, analyze,interpret, and understand drawings (component, assembly, and equipment), technical standards 举报 分享
