职位描述：
Description:

1.New product introduction project management.
2.Drive VA/VE initiatives to contribute product competitiveness.
3.Co-work with corporate engineering team for new product design.
4.Product design and specification maintenance.
5.Product related technical problem shooting for manufacturing.
6.Manage product engineering team to achieve annual goals and continuously upgrade talents.
7.Monitor Products master data management of maintenance, accuracy, updating, in line with standard cost of products.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above with Mechanics related disciplinary.
2.Fluent English in speaking, written and reading
3.Minimum 3 years departmental manager position tenure.
4.Minimum 10 years of product engineering or R&D experiences.
5.Abundantly Knowledgeable in metal hardware products.
6.Familiar with hardware product manufacture process, e.g. stamping, plating, assembly.
7.Experienced in project management
8.Leadership qualities is required
9.Ownership and team work sprits holder
