工作职责：
岗位特征：
市场专员协助市场经理和总经理完成市场营销计划的制订和施行,负责广告计划和活动的分析、实施和监控工作。市场专员通过对竞争对手和市场大环境进行持续不断的主动和被动的监控,帮助保时捷中心确定新的市场策略。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 实施并监督市场活动
2. 依据市场计划投放广告
3. 分析市场动态，编制市场动态报告
4. 定购保时捷中心所需物料

Position Characteristics:
The Marketing Executive assists the Marketing Manager/General Manager with the development and implementation of the marketing plan. S/He conducts analysis, implements and monitors advertising plans and activities. The Marketing Executive also helps to identify new marketing strategies through constant active and passive monitoring of the environment and other competitors.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Execute and monitor marketing campaigns
2. Design and launch advertising campaign based on marketing plan
3. Analyse market trend and compile market trend report
4. Order materials required by Porsche Centre


任职资格：
教育背景：须具备大专学历，大学本科学历者优先
 
行业背景：须具备2-3年豪华汽车零售行业相同工作经验，有跨国汽车零售行业相同工作经验者优先
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握微软Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?能够理解并发扬保时捷品牌理念、形象和特点，有较强的观察能力及服务意识, 能在短期内建立牢固的客户关系

Education: College degree required, university degree preferred
 
Industry background：
?2-3 years’ working experience in identical position of luxury car retail enterprise;
?Experience in the identical position of an international automotive retail enterprise preferred
 
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand;
?With strong observation ability and service focus, customer-oriented and able to establish and maintain stable customer relations in a short term 举报 分享
