职位描述：
Global Sourcing Director (跨境电商采购总监)
Job Responsibilities:

1.Co-ordination, formulation for the Dept to execute company procurement strategy;
2.Formulate and execute vendors’ development scheme and procurement plan;
3.Formulate products screening and pricing strategy for company sale platform, optimize procurement policy/flow/standard to improve efficiency and reduce procurement cost.
4.Amplify and optimize management system of procurement, stock and products development; analyze dynamic of product stock on regular basis; formulate procurement and stock plan;
5.Set up and optimize the working flow for the department;
6.Vendors’ selection, business negotiation, etc.
7.Programming and planning for procurement budget and cost control.

Job Requirements:
1、Able to manage within a global sourcing organization and build ownership and teamwork;
2、Experience in sourcing, product development or merchandising in FMCG/ Electronic Business/Cross-border E-bussiness enterprises;
3、Excellent in market sensitivity, analytically judgment and data sensitivity;
4、Excellent communication skills and management skills, be able to comprehensively supervise for the dept.
5、Brilliant ability of organization and cooperation, planning and allocation, formulating procurement plan for Operation Dept.
6、Proficient in procurement procedure and cost control, contract negotiation and signing, judgment and decision making, planning and organization.
7、Good command of English (CET-6 or above), fluent in verbal and written English for Business Negotiation;
8、Strong sense of responsibility, high standard of professional ethics and able to work under pressure.

Profile：

1、Bachelor degree education or above, relevant major in Marketing Management/MBA/Supply Chain, 211/985 University education background or overseas learning experience will be preferred.
2、At least 5 years working experience in large-medium size FMCG/E - Business/Cross-border E-commerce enterprises is totally necessary;
