职位描述：
Job Description:
1. To be in charge of office telephone reception in higher professional level, can correctly transfer telephone
to exact person in commercial and identify junk calls.
2. To be in charge of client/visitors reception in standard manner for both external and internal.
3. To be in charge of daily office administration job.
4. To be in charge of company seminar, training, and staff activities.
5. To be in charge of accomplishment of department reports.
6. To meet company's other administration requirement.
Requirement:
1. University graduate, major in Secretary/Administration/English/IT specialty;
2. Good concept in customer service, at least 1 year experience in similar position;
3. Sound experience in office equipment using, eg: scanner, copier, printer etc.;
4. Responsible and independent, self-initiative, very good communication skills;
5. Fluent speaking and written English, CET-4 or above;
6. Skillful in using MS office, sound knowledge in IT is preferable.
工作职责：
1、 前台接待，能准确把电话转接给相关的业务部门，热情有礼接待公司内部和外部的客户及来访者；
2、 负责办公室日常的行政管理以及行政文案工作；
3、 负责公司各项会议、培训及员工活动的开展；
4、 负责相关汇报、报表的统计和完成；
5、 符合公司其它相关行政人力资源工作的要求，努力完成上司交给的其他任务。
要求：
1、 本科学历，专修秘书/行政管理/英语/信息技术专业；
2、 具良好的客户服务观念,至少一年以上相关职位工作经验；
3、 熟练掌握办公设备的使用，例如：扫描仪，复印机，打印机等；
4、 对工作有责任心及主动性，能独立自主地完成工作，良好的沟通技巧；
5、 流利的英文口头及书面表达能力，具有大学英语四级或以上水平；
6、 掌握EXCEL/PPT/VISIO/PHOTOSHOP的应用，熟练运用各项办公软件，熟悉电脑维护者更佳。 举报 分享
