General Description
Assist Finance Manager to oversee tax, bank issue, reporting and accounting.
Specific Accountabilities
?Responsible for tax reporting and liaise with local tax authorities to ensure compliance
?Prepare Monthly Financial reports
?Coordinate with Bank issue and prepare DSO (AR) report
?Responsible for month end closing to meet tight deadlines
?Coordinate internal and external audit
?Other duties assigned by Assistant Finance manager
Skills Required
?Good knowledge of general accepted Accounting Principles, such as PRC and IFRS GAAP
?Diligent, smart thinking, self-motivated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments
?Good command of analytical skills and strong logistical way of thinking
?Good English, both verbal and written. Cantonese / Mandarin a plus
?Good team player and strong inter personal skills.
?Excellent PC skills, knowledge of SAP preferred
Experience and Qualifications
?Bachelor degree in finance & accounting, qualified accountant (CICPA, ACCA etc.) preferred
?Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance with at least 2 years experiences in managerial role with sizable company
?Prior work experience in MNC environment preferred
