职位描述：
1. Skills Required for Job (for Training and Development):
1.1. Specific knowledge of developing and applying TPE products in various applications.
1.2. Ability to understand customer application and provide technical service to customers.
1.3. Ability to collaborate with internal resources of the company outside China.
1.4. Good project management skill.
1.5. Strong skills and ability to build relationships at multiple levels in both internal and external counterparts.
1.6. Enjoy working with customers.
1.7. Willing travel both inside and outside China.
1.8. Good analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
1.9. High level of both written and oral communication skills, both English and Chinese.

2 Qualifications Required for Job:
2.1. Degree level in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Polymer Science with preferably additional advanced education e.g. Master of Science.
2.2. Fluent English.
2.3. Minimum 5 years of technical / R&D job experience in TPE, or thermoplastic industry.
2.4. A multi-national company experience is a plus.
2.5. Clear capability and a desire to develop their career through delivery of results and to move beyond this role.
2.6. Self-confidence, positive and target orientated, person with leadership skills.
