职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform inline and final inspections at the vendor facilities.
2. Work out and perform weekly inspection schedule.
3. Assist merchandiser team to achieve on-time delivery performance & fulfillment of bulk production.
4. Quality issue investigating and solving.
5. Seasonal quality performance analysis and presentation.
6. Ensure internal or external technician teams are trained on necessary processes, procedures and techniques to fulfill the requirements of HUGO BOSS quality guidelines.
7. Oversee the manufacturing process to improve quality through implementation of new technology and machinery.
8. Write travel reports on quality and bulk production with recommendations.

POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 3 - 5 years solid working experience in related discipline with strong technical background.
2. Excellent knowledge of production process and follow up.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good team player.
4. Work experience in foreign companies as a quality consultant will be a definite advantage.
5. Ability to work independently as well as open minded and to adapt to an multicultural working environment.
6. Willingness to travel within China/Asia(Bangladesh/Vietnam..etc)/Europe.
7. Tertiary education, Degree holder in Knitting Technology or Clothing Disciplines.
8. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
9. Skilled in MS-office software.
10. Be able to work under pressure.
