职位描述：
岗位职责：
    1、依据公司业务拓展战略目标，负责年度开店计划、网络规划、商务条件标准（含租金标准）确
    定等连锁门店开发工作；
    2、熟悉店铺选址、开发、店面评估以及商场招商流程，在商场门店开拓上有一定人脉资源；
    3、协助完善公司开发系统、开发管理工具并制定标准；
    4、规划完善公司开发流程并拟定公司开发报告，全面负责追踪各区域商圈的调研；
    5、负责新店的选择和相关数据的收集、分析主动开发有经营潜力的新点；
    任职要求：
    1、较强的社会交际能力、良好的谈判技能、敏锐的市场洞察力；
    2、3年以上大型连锁行业新店网址开发经历，且至少三年以上团队管理经验；
    3、有较强的组织能力、执行力和领导团队的能力；
    4、熟练产品知识、招商流程、招商技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式；
    5、较强的社会交际能力和谈判技能、敏锐的市场洞察力。
    6、对连锁餐饮的开发系统及开发常识熟悉（有味千、美心、面包新语、星巴克等连锁餐饮开
