职位描述：
A leading Property Developer (JV) in China.
Role:
Formulate marketing and sales strategies for marketing and sales of residential and shopping mall properties, and club membership in China.
Propose to the Management on the positioning, pricing strategy and budget for the properties to be launched.
Plan and launch programs to promote and enhance the branding and image of the Company.
Lead a marketing and sales team, and support/motivate them in achieving the fi***cial objectives.
Manage the external estate agents in achieving the sales target.
Analyze the market data and information, and report to the Management for their review from time to time.
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree holder + a minimum of 10 years working experience in managing marketing and sales of properties (including residential, retail and malls).
Strategic, strong team leadership, marketing and sales skills are a MUST.
Knowledge of and experienced in the property market in China.
Previous experience working in a leading property developer will be advantageous.
Fluency in both Putonghua and English are a MUST. Knowledge of Cantonese, and other languages or dialects are added advantage.

Remuneration:
