General Manager of Leasing, Commercial properties and Shopping Malls in Chengdu and Guangzhou
(Based in China)
A leading Hong Kong based property developer
Roles:
Manage the day-to-day operations of both Chengdu and Guangzhou offices.
Formulate leasing strategies and action plans for the commercial properties and shopping malls in Chengdu and Guangzhou.
Survey and analyze the leasing market, and propose the leasing, pricing and sales and marketing strategies and action plans to the management.
Lead the Leasing team to achieve the agreed fi***cial target.
Work with external real estate agencies as partners.
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree + a minimum of 10 years working experience in leasing of commercial and shopping mall properties in China.
A “Can Do” attitude and results oriented personality. Able to drive business results under an unfavorable business e***ironment and market situation.
Willing to be based in Chengdu and Guangzhou.
Fluency in Putonghua and English is a prerequisite.
Remuneration:
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate, and will be around HK$1.2M per annum (+Tax equalization, accommodation, etc.)
