Qualifications:
- At least 5-8+ years of experience in apparel design for men trend clothing
- Ability to create Illustrator sketches and design for prototypes
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent sense of style and color.
- Exceptional oral and written English communication skills
- Self motivated and a team player
 
Responsibilities:
- Building and leading a team of fashion and technical designers
- Designing accordingly to the current trend and the targeted costumers.
- Researching the market for latest design ideas and trends
- Careful reviewing of all details on prototypes and providing clear direction for any needed updates
- Collaboration with production teams to ensure product execution matches quality standards for details & Construction
- Providing recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to line, new concepts, etc.
