1、负责新契约投保资料受理、审核
in charge of the procession and approval of insurance material of new contract
2、负责保单资料及问题件的及时下发
in charge of timely distribution of policy material and degraded cases
3、负责投保单的填写、承保业务等咨询服务
in charge of filling the policy, acceptance policy, etc.
4、负责转帐件的管理以及重新转帐的操作
in charge of the management of cases in need of transferring accounts and operation of transferring accounts
5、负责保单送达书的签收和管理
Sign and manage the acknowledgment of service of policy
6、负责未决件的管理与下发
management and distribution of degraded cases
7、负责新契约各周、月等报表的报送和追踪
submit and track the weekly and monthly reports of new contract
8、按照总分公司保全、续期相关业务制度及流程，完成对客服柜面日常业务的处理；
According to the regulations concerning customer service and renewal of branch companies, deal with the daily business of client service at counter
9、部门长交办的其他工作.
