职位描述：
1.跟踪工程变更，分析材料成本及材料毛利的变化。
2.统筹协调编制预算报表并保证数字合理可靠。
3.根据最新信息，更新滚动预算，并分析解释差异变动原因，提供适当的改善意见。
4.将报表数字转换成总部指定的格式并提供其他需要的统计报表(例如FPT)。
5.负责提供管理层分析业务状况的财务指标及公司管理报表（例如董事会资料）
6.上传数字到总部heyrion系统保证系统数字正确，并验证反馈系统数字正确性。
7.负责财务流程更新与完善，适应公司新业务发展需要
8.完成上级安排的其他工作；
9.根据公司安全管理有关规定执行安全及健康管理职责；

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，财务或会计专业
2.4年以上工作经验，从事财务分析2年以上，有汽车备件行业工作经验者优先考虑；
3.熟悉财务相关法规和税
4.了解美国会计准则
5.持会计上岗位
6.熟练掌握财务软件
7.良好的沟通和表达能力
8.能在压力下工作，愿意加班和承担额外的责任

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3,Golf Sportvans, and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 700 million.
