ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

High level of commitment to safety

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistance.

Outstanding secretarial, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Demonstrated maturity of judgement, confidentiality and discretion in a corporate setting.

Demonstrated capability in managing demands and prioritising tasks.

Organised and task oriented.

Skills to behave in a manner consistent to that of a Personal Assistant.

Experience with chairing meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and agenda

Well-developed communication and relationship building skills (English & Mandarin, written and verbal)

Well-developed problem solving skills indicating initiative and assertiveness

Ability to prioritise and assimilate a multitude of tasks

Ability to work independently

GFC & GGFC team focused

Competent (intermediate to advanced) MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and Adobe Professional

DESIRABLE

Experience as an Executive Assistant, working with senior management in a similar role (mid to large sized organisation, corporate).
