职位描述：
Profile of Sea Freight Operator 海运操作 :
[Responsibilities]
1. Keep good relationship with clients, provide satisficed service to clients: friendly, timely & efficient solution.
通过提供给客户友好的，及时的，高效的问题解决等令人满意的服务，维护好客户关系
2. Follow up SOP, tracing pre-alert, check & correct data of receiving documents to make the customs clearance done smoothly
根据标准流程进行操作，包括跟踪预报，检查并及时更正文件数据以确保通关顺利
3. Tracing the shipment processing,
跟踪货物动态
4. Sending arrival notice to clients in time;
及时发送到货通知
5. Arrange customs clearance， and monitor its process and cargo delivery;
安排清关，监督报关及送货流程
6. Coordinating related suppliers / overseas for helping clients solve problems,
协调各方供应商，海外分公司为客人问题的解决提供帮助
7. Can well handle shipments under door to door service independently;
可以独立完成门到门一条龙的进口操作服务
8. Reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
回复海外报价及货物跟踪情况
9. Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully to make profitable
检查并确认买价与卖价，确保收益
10. Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
处理一般投诉、索赔和特殊意外事件。
11. Be an AR controller, make monthly report
做好应收账款的控制， 完成月报
12. Well maintain clients, be able to develop more business with clients
维护好现有客户，进一步开发好客户的其它业务
13. Other tasks from the superior.
能完成其它临时指定事务。
[Requirements]
1. Good Industry knowledge for handling procedures of sea freight
知识和技能 熟知空运进口的相关行业知识和操作程序。
2. Foreign Language skill Good English in both oral and written. CET 4 and above.
良好的英语口语和书写能力。英语四级及以上
3. Above 2-5 years work experiences in forwarding industry, the background for global forwarder will be preferable
2-5年相关行业工作经验，跨国公司货代工作经验优先考虑
4. Good in communication skill, being initiative and careful.
良好的沟通能力，积极主动及细心。
5. Ownership on results
有责任心，对结果有担当
6. Can be solved problems independently under pressure

7. College or above degree
大专及以上学历
