职位描述：
Responsibilities

- Integrated fully into the division organisation within the APU Organisation , accepting the support available from LH, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process,
- Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations.
- Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste,
- Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations. Ensure their proper use.
- Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all equipment operational functions,
- Assist in achieving the measurement QCD.
- Assist in implementing TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities,
- Work together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality,
- Assist if needed in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.
- Jig design/improve and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Engineering school or equivalent, added by the Basics of production or industrial experiences
- Experience in method/production in the high volume industry, Automotive industry is a plus (5 years minimum) 举报 分享

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
