职位描述

Location: Foshan

Job Purpose:
Responsible for running the Human Resources Department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration , and employee relations.
2. Manage human resource manual and policy including updating of employee handbook.
3. Manage personnel file, including updating of staff's personal data from time to time.
4. Recruiting and interviewing Management team for internal promotion at store level with the operations team.
5. Monitoring, checking and ensuring of payroll report, manpower report and dissection report including incentive plan (including issuance of letter to staff) is completed on a timely basis.
6. Preparation of daily labor report.
7. Update of organization chart and name list from time and time.
8. Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis f or all positions.
9. Ensure exit interviews conducted and taken into action for all management terminating their employment. 10. Analyze the result of performance appraisal for all staff to define key areas of improvements
11. Keep track of brand training schedule and ensure training is conducted according to the planned schedule including keep track of staff development plan and keep HR Director informed of all stages progression.
12. Assist in setting up an effective communication channels with stores such as newsletter, PR, memos etc..
13. Supervise the Junior Administration and HR staffs.

Job Specifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
2. At least 8 years experience with an international companies with evidenced tracked record of achievements.
3. Strong in inter-personality and leadership skills.
4. Well versed in PRC Labor Law.
5. Proficiency in English (a must) and Chinese and computer literate
