岗位职责：

1、确保与客户良好的日常交流，确保客户员工的满意度，并报告上级经理。
2、监督执行索迪斯的质量标准，执行营运点卫生与安全标准。
3、确保餐厅的日常运营，给出客户员工在用餐方面的专业建议。
4、负责下属员工管理工作，保持下属员工的稳定性。
5、给予下属员工关于餐饮服务方面的专业培训。
6、确保通过正确的行为规范，树立给客户、顾客以及访问者良好的索迪斯形象。


任职要求：

1、良好的领导能力、沟通能力和服务意识。
2、2年以上餐饮行业工作经历，其中至少1年以上服务领域团队管理经验。
3、具备酒店服务领域经验者优先考虑。
4、具备中餐或西餐菜品知识者优先考虑。

实习生发展计划
招募简介：
为支持索迪斯业务在中国的未来发展，我们于2009年 11月起启动了“实习生发展计划”。该计划通过4到6个月的轮岗实习，旨在促进实习生对索迪斯业务和发展前景的了解，培养管理能力，同时对实习生进行考察。通过考核并有意愿的实习生毕业后可加入索迪斯获取进一步的职业发展。

Internship Development Program

Summary:
To support the future development of Sodexo in China, we launch the "Internship Development Project" started from November 2009. This Project provides 4 to 6 months' on site job rotation internship within Sodexo. Students will have the opportunity to know more about the activities of Sodexo and its development perspective as well as improve their management skills. The company will assess the interns at the same time. Interns who succeed the assessment and who have the willingness will be able to join Sodexo for further career development.
