职位描述：
Main Task 主要工作职责：
1. Quality management system & management responsibility 质量管理体系的管理
- Coordinate the preparation of third party audits according IATF 16949 and insure certification readiness
   应对IATF 16949第三方审核
- Validate plant documents and update documents in the library 工厂文件的受控和更新

2.Resource management 资源管理
- Deploy quality system evolutions and new requirement by supporting and coaching operations Process owners in their main tasks
   维护更新和保证质量管理体系的实施，支持和引导现场员工按照质量管理体系要求操作；

3.Measurement, analysis & improvement 测量，分析和改善
- Ensure that Quality tools and Quality Management System are applied and efficient within the plant
    保证质量工具和质量管理体系有效的工厂运行
- Check application through audits
    审核体系运行状态
- Ensure that audits (internal IATF, SR rate, PQA, scrap..) are realized within the plant, according to the planning, consolidate and analyze the results
   根据计划，保证工厂通过内部IATF,SR,PQA，scrap等审核，确认和分析审核结果
- Ensure that corrective actions are managed and push the involved team
   管理改善行动计划，跟踪改善行动计划的实施
- Monitor and collect System results; report them through the organization
    管理和收集体系审核结果，并汇报给组织

4.Generic tasks 通用工作
- Respect Quality targets defined by the Q manager
   质量经理安排的其他工作
- Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules
    保证和尊重质量体系规则
- Stop the product delivery in case of major NC
    如果出现重大不符合项，停止发货

Qualifications 任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or automation本科及以上学历，机械工程或自动化专业优先
2、At least 3 years practical experiences in automotive 至少3年汽车行业工作经验
3、Familiar with IATF16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA 熟悉IATF16949管理体系和质量工具
4、Tenacious and persuasive 执着，具有说服力
5、Demanding and rigorous 自制，且具有活力
6、Ability to develop partnerships 团队协作能力
7、Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up能接受高压工作
8、With negotiation experience 有谈判经验

  佛山佛吉亚旭阳座椅有限公司筹建于2014年底，2015年1月公司厂房落成，计划2016年1月正式投产。公司主要以一汽-大众佛山分公司为客户，主要产品为汽车座椅。
