职位描述：
1.Coordinate with all recruiting channels, Issue job advertisements, Search potential candidates and screen resumes;
联络各招聘渠道，发布招聘广告，寻找具有潜力的候选人，筛选简历；
2.Arrange interview for relevant Dept. and conduct first interview for staff level;
为各部门安排面试，进行职员级别应聘者的首次面试；
3.Candidate’s database (talent pool) set up for easy search and update;
建立应聘者数据库（人才库）, 方便搜索及更新；
4.Responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and man-hour report delivered by Production Statistician and other staff, responsible for all payroll preparation by monthly;
每月负责核查及管理生产统计员及相关部门员工申报的考勤及工时等薪酬计算准备工作；
5.Monthly salary payment, declare employees’ individual income tax, handle employee benefits issues;
每月薪资支付，申报员工个人所得税，及处理员工各种福利事宜；
6.Support with the job description create, update and maintain; Maintain and update all personnel and C&B record;
职位描述的制定，更新及维护；维护并更新所有人事及薪资福利档案；
7.Take charge of daily personnel procedures, such as employment of new employee, probation, termination etc.;
负责日常人事手续，如员工雇佣、转正、离职等；
8.Assist manager in implementing training plan, in charge of orientation training for operators;
协助经理实施培训计划，负责操作工级别的新员工入职培训；
9.Coordinate relations with departments and employees, take charge of daily work of Employee Communication, Recognition & Punishment;
协调各部门及员工关系，主持并负责员工沟通、奖惩等工作；
10.All other necessary assignments;
经理安排的其它必要工作；

Requirements:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor or above;
本科及以上学历；
2.Above 3 years of HR experience in foreign company which is in manufacturing based;
三年以上外资制造型企业人事工作经验；
3.Familiar with local labor law;
熟悉国家及当地劳动法律法规；
4.Familiar with MS2000, especially on Excel and PPT. It is a plus to have experience on handling related HR software;
良好的电脑和计算机水平，有使用HR相关软件经验者优先；
5.Good command of both oral and writing English;
英语口语、书面沟通顺畅；
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通及人际关系处理能力；
7.Good time management and execution; Careful, flexible, responsible & independent.

TFAW Foshan is the subsidiary of TFAW Changchun Plant who is the JV between Tenneco and FAW Sihuan Group. Sihuan Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. TFAW Foshan is to be built to produce Emission Control System for FAW VW Foshan Plant, where FAW VW will produce Golf and Audi A3 since Aug 2013. With industry leading customer, FAW VW, TFAW Foshan is ready to grow at fast pace.
