职位描述：
Essential responsibilities and duties:

确保工厂改进计划并发展管理能力，用FES技能改善工厂绩效

Ensure to implement Plant Improvement Plan and develop management ability, improve Plant performance by using FES skills

 

The main missions of the role are:

 

1.运用在FES方面的经验，帮助工厂和各个职能部门的制订改进计划。

Help factory and each department to make improvement plan with FES experience.

2.协助工厂经理制定工厂改进计划，支持管理团队应用FES的手段和工具，并通过积极的参与现场的培训和辅导工厂人员来完成参与改进计划。

Assist Plant Manager to make Plant Improvement plan, support management team to use FES method and tools, and complete the Plant Improvement Plan through participating in the shopfloor training and coaching plant colleagues.

3.FES制度和标准：经理确保FES标准在日常的更正，FES专员确保FES标准的使用。

Ensure the daily usage of FES standards.

4.通过车间改进活动，向工厂员工传授知识，分享经验。

Impart knowledge and share experience among plant colleagues through improving activities on the shopfloor.

5.向工厂经理汇报工作，和区域FES高级专员沟通联络以确保及时了解FES知识和集团的同步性以及***范例的推广。

Ensure to update the latest group FES knowledge and promote the best models by reporting the work to plant manager and communicating with functional senior FES specialist.

6.参与工厂FES 关键指标制定及每月追踪。

Participate in setting Plant KPI and tracking work in each month.

7.完成年度FES审核、行动计划追踪以及现场审核。

Complete FES annual audit, follow action plan and shopfloor audit.

8.完善工厂布局并优化。

Improve the plant layout and optimize it.

9.参加新项目的EDW, Cardboard, MPT,EMPT，发展精益生产线的16个基础原则，确保新生产线符合集团标准要求。

Participate in the new program EDW, Cardboard, MPT, EMPT, Development of 16 basics rules for Lean line, Ensure the new line compliance with Group standards require.

10.监管负责工厂安全管理工作 Take charge of plant HSE related responsibility.

 

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications:

Education required:

本科以上学历，工科背景。Bachelor degree or above in engineer or manufacturing

Experience required:

1.7-8年以上制造业相关经验，具有汽车及其零配件行业经验者优先。7-8years of manufacturing related experience, prefer to have automotive industry experience

2.熟悉精益制造管理经验 Be familiar with Lean Management.

3.具有较强的团队意识和问题解决能力Team Player& problem solving skills
