职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1.Assist supervisor to set up and improve recruiting policy and process.
2.Responsible for handling or supervising DL recruiting process.
3.Conduct IL recruiting independently according to company manpower needs, including CV searching, interview arrangement, interview, offer negotiation and on board related.
4.Maintain and develop new recruiting channels to ensure the recruiting efficient and economical.
5.Conduct probation talk with new employee to help them integrate in FIV smoothly.
6.Responsible for daily report and some other recruiting reports preparing.
7.Maintain and enrich talent pool.
8.Assist on communication & training program assigned.
9.Other thing assigned by Supervisor.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, More than 2years HR experience in multi-national company.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills, familiar with China labor law and other regulations related to manpower hiring.
3. Sensitivity and can work under pressure.
4. Professional ethics sense and good team spirit.

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
