职位描述：
DUTIES:
1. Ensure that all sale orders are delivered on time.

2. Coordinate the activities of purchasing to ensure raw materials are available. Ensure the inventory of raw materials and finished products are controlled at suitable level.

3. Monitor plant operation and ensure production requirements are completed

4. Write the procedures for new system or new operation and then train all operators.

5. Assist the improvements on equipment to increase productivity.

6. Maintain proper management communications between upper management and all operators through written and oral reporting methods.


Requirement:
1. Must have at least 6 successful years of production with the background of refractory manufacturing.
2. Possess good written and oral communication skills.
3. Good organizational and supervisory skills are required.
4. Must also be familiar with the following: equipment & maintenance, inventory control, and manufacturing.
5. Have a bachelor of engineering. Could be speaking & writing in English. 举报 分享
