职位描述：

Objective

1) Sourcing of Engineering electronic goods and building material, Steel manufacturing consumables/ equipment and raw material, and so on

2) Identifying and developing new sources and coordinating with respective business groups in concluding the buying and exporting procedures

3) Close follow-up on the orders, payment formalities, deliveries, pre-shipment inspection requirements, documentation etc

4) Briefing the business on the latest trends, related exhibition schedules and arranging factory visits to the Group’s representatives.

Key Accountabilities

Sourcing
1) Familiar with industrial environment and procurement work process;

2) Familiar with industrial quality standards;

3) Knowledgeable and experience on Engineering Goods, building material, Steel manufacturing consumables/ equipment and raw material is preferred;

4) strong know-how of sourcing and propose new suppliers and new business

Negotiation

1) Strong mindset and skill on business negotiation

2) Good manner of business communication is required

3) Identify cost saving opportunity and realize cost-saving by negotiation
Industrial research
1) Keen to up-to date technologies and global industrial trends;

2) Able to identify valuable players to support business development;

3) Able to continuously inject useful information to Business in a timely fashion;

Order follow-up and excellent communication:

1) Ensure order and shipment realized and delivered per request;

2) Understand clients' needs and request by good and efficient communications;

3) Proactive communication to develop new sourcing projects.

Skills, knowledge & experience required

1.Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering degree or related.

2.Minimum 2 years’ sales, purchasing, sourcing in hard goods.

3.Business savvy and willingness to venture into new products and equipment field4.Proficient in office software applications.

4.Good analytical, negotiation skills and exposure to carry out manufacturer rating process and methods.

5.Result-oriented and self-motivated.

6.Able to work independently with least supervise yet able to drive team work.

7.Strong communication skills in fluent Chinese & English.

8.Transparent with good integrity.

9.Good oral and written English / Corporate Identification / Assertiveness / Judgment / Planning & Organizing /Organizational Sensitivity
