Responsibilities:
1) Design and develop company-wide training measurements; training needs assessments; training program curriculum; and task analysis mainly in soft skill trainings
2) Work with Global L&D to locally implement the global training initiative
3) Collect and analyze training needs from delivery teams and identify learning solution internally or externally
4) Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as classroom training, group instruction, live virtual classroom, or workshops
5) Develop and conduct training programs and maintain training evaluation measures and metrics for employee development
6) Release monthly training calendar to promote offering classes to employees and collect nominations
7) Maintain records on training program attendance
8) Analyze, define, and prepare training materials to promote training classes; prepare training materials for use in facilitating comprehension and training retention
9) Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary such as reporting training operation, processing vendor purchase by working with external vendor and procurement team, communicating with training participants and managers on training enrollment/cancellation inquiries
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1) At least 5 years working experience with 3+ year training experience required
2) Strong communication, research, problem solving, and facilitation skills as well as understanding of adult learning methodology are required
3) A good team player
4) Effective and Efficient Individual Contributor
5) Working experiences in BPO or call center is a plus
6) BA Degree, preferred in English, Education, or related field
7) English: Fluent

9:00-18:00,周末双休
