职位描述：

主要职责：Main responsibility

1. Under the leadership of Purchasing Manager, purchase according to the regulations of the company's purchasing process, cooperate with other departments to ensure the implantation of production plan. Principal Accountabilities.
--在采购经理的领导下，按照公司规定的采购流程进行采购操作，满足各部门需求，确保生产计划的顺利实施。
2. Monitor the market change of material, take the necessary procurement techniques to reduce the purchasing cost.
--监控物料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本。
3. Establish Material Master Data and Vendor Master Data in ERP system，Maintain new 12nc and vendor into ERP system
--建立物料及供应商主档，将新的物料和供应商资料输入系统。
4. As the first-line support, solving problem for user. And send the CS forms if he can’t solve the problem.
--作为第一级技术支持，应及时为使用者解决问题。如果无法解决应填写CS表由上一级解决。
5. To finish the other temporary work the manager assigned in time.
-- 按时完成经理安排的其他临时性工作
6. If there is any wrong data happened should inform to related department accordingly and to follow up the result within the deadline.
--如发现物料数据、客户资料不正确或有疑问，应及时通知相关人员要求在限期内处理，如没有得到解决，应向模块的部门主管反应并等候相关指示。
7. To ensure the data correct and update on time .It shouldn’t impact the working efficiency.
--保证数据的及时性、准确性，所有数据的更新修改应在接到通知后立即进行，并将修改结果知会相关人员，最多不能延误超过半日，不能影响下层业务处理。

其他要求 other requirenments

- 英语或德语流利English knowledge or Germany knowledge；
- 学历education：本科bachelor or above ；
- 专业major：国际经济与贸易，英语专业或物流管理international economics and trade, English or logistics management；
- 性别要求sex requirements：不限not limited
- 年龄段age scope：25-35 years old
- 对商务谈判等感兴趣的求职者interested in commercial cases；
- 待遇treatment：advanced payment system and social insurances先进薪酬体制及社会保险
