职位描述：
1. Take responsibilities to implement all the activities of the Production System.
2. Organizing and carrying out Lean manufacturing events, Reporting the outcome and following up on actions to ensure thorough implementation.
3. Coaching staff and operators on a daily basis to ensure understanding and drive the improvement.
4. Reporting, KPI generation, and analysis.
5. Generate Lean or KAIZEN events proactively
6. Other related daily work

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, most likely Industrial Engineering
2. Black Belt in Lean or other Lean training is recommended.
3. 5+ Years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment where Lean techniques have been in place.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to explain LEAN concepts in a simple and understandable way
