职位描述：
Sales Administration
1. Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely manner with minimum possible processing time
2. Ensure all customer orders are made in an efficient manner in close coordination with logistics and Finance while ensuring compliance to local regulation

Customer Service:
1. Maintain good, proffessional relationship with all the customers, both internal and external and handle all customer queries inan efficient manner
2. Response to enquires by the customers

Business Reporting
1. Consolidate and prepare the weekly and monthly overall sales report

Logistics and inventory management
1. Working with logistics department on inventory management of all finished goods and spare parts at the warehouse and 3rd party distribution centers to ensure a complete and true record keeping of all inentories
2. Track the availablity and delivery of equipment and spare parts
3. Ensure that physical stock taking of all inventories at warehouse is being carried out on a regular basis as per the company policies and all reconcilling issues are resolved in a timely manner
4. Working with logistics department to ensure proper stock levels of finished goods are maintained as per plan and latest trends in the warehouse 举报 分享
