职位描述：
1、负责按企业会计制度对物业收费业务进行账务核算，实行会计监控，保证会计核算的真实性、合法性与正确性，确保财务入账数据的公允，以及手续的完备性，做到账实相符、账表相符；
2、 负责各物业收费项目的发票管理、现金管理、收据管理等财务管理工作，有清晰的管理理念和管理思路，定期对物业项目收费工作进行检查、监督，确保物业收费的及时性、准确性、完整性；
3、 编制并审核会计报表的合规性和正确性，以及财务报表科目之间的勾稽关系，提供准确的财务信息；
4、 根据会计报表和其它相关信息，进行会计科目管理，开展财务综合分析，为公司领导层提供决策信息；
5、 对公司财务管理信息系统提出改进建议，确保财务核算工作的顺利进行；配合主管策划、建立和完善公司收入、成本管理流程，建设、优化物业财务核算体系；
6、 对公司的会计凭证、各类帐表定期打印、收集整理、装订成册、登记标号，完成上级领导交办的其他事项；
7、熟悉增值税相关法规及操作；
8、工作经验三年以上，有物业公司财务核算管理经验者优先。 举报 分享
