Responsibilities:
GM Function:
1.处理总经理的相关电话及收发邮件。
Handle phone calls messages, incoming and outgoing mail to GM
2.准时向总经理提交周报及月报。
Submit weekly/daily reports to GM on time;
3.收集管理层的报表数据并制作成报告给总经理。
Gather data from management and prepare reports for GM
4.会议安排及会议记录。
Meeting arrangement and note-taking;
5.总经理安排的其他工作。
Perform other duties and /or projects as assigned.

HR Function:
1. Coordinate with all recruiting channels, Issue job advertisements, Search potential candidates and screen resumes;
联络各招聘渠道，发布招聘广告，寻找具有潜力的候选人，筛选简历
2. Arrange interview for relevant Dept. and conduct first interview for staff level;
为各部门安排面试，进行职员级别应聘者的首次面试
3.Responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and man-hour report delivered by Production Statistician and other staff, responsible for all payroll preparation by monthly;
每月负责核查及管理生产统计员及相关部门员工申报的考勤及工时等薪酬计算准备工作
4. Monthly salary payment, declare employees’ individual income tax, handle employee benefits issues;
每月薪资支付，申报员工个人所得税，及处理员工各种福利事宜
5. Assist manager in implementing training plan, in charge of orientation training for operators;
协助经理实施培训计划，负责操作工级别的新员工入职培训
6. Coordinate relations with departments and employees, take charge of daily work of Employee Communication, Recognition & Punishment;
协调各部门及员工关系，主持并负责员工沟通、奖惩等工作
