MISSION
Analyzing product technical specification from customers, define validation test plan of product, follow results of validation test plan.

MAIN DUTIES
Analysis product technical specification from customers, estimate test feasibility, test criticality, test duration
Define all validation test activities and their organizational structure based on product definition
Specific process considerations
Define key acceptance criteria
Planning and scheduling
Change control
Estimate cost and time constraints
Follow results of validation test plan and communication with related team

TRAINING AND PROFILE
Engineering education background, bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry (automotive lighting system a+) in testing or R&D area
Familiar with the features, production technolegy, validation methods of automotive lighting system
Good oral and written communication skills in English
