MISSION
Analysis old warranty pieces returned from customers, to find the defect, the root cause and the counter-measure.

MAIN DUTIES
Accordance with the relevant procedural requirements, be responsible for identifying the defect appearance, analyze the failures and to find root causes Put forward the counter-measure
Update analysis database and issue reports
Reporting to customer of warranty analysis report and actions timely
Lesson learned to new project to reduce warranty risk
Responsible for all warranty of raw data, information and copies of invoices on file and kept by customers

TRAINING AND PROFILE
Bachelor degree above in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years related experience in high volume industry (automotive a+), ideally with customer quality background or warranty engineer experience.
Good problem solving skills and logical thinking, able to define and follow PDCA-FTA.
Good Knowledge in MS office software, presentation and social/communication skills.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
