Knowledge Management Officer 市场部主任(知识管理方向)
 
Responsibilities

- Support in-house research in retrieving, collating and sharing business information of core markets and accounts
- Perform knowledge management and database management on listed companies
 - Prepare internal newsletters by consolidating business information and conducting data analysis
- Handle requests for information from internal users
- Assist in ad hoc research projects

Education, experience and skills

- A diploma or degree in a business related discipline, communication or journalism
- Some business research and report writing experience is an advantage
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and experience with research databases would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Chinese, ability to communicate in English
- Detail-oriented and organised

- 提供内部调研支援，协助检索、整理和分享核心市场业务信息和客户信息
- 对上市公司进行知识管理和数据库管理
- 通过整合业务信息和进行数据分析，编制内部通讯
- 处理内部用户的信息要求
- 协助进行特定的调研项目

学历、经验和技能

- 大专或本科学历，商科、传播、新闻类或相关专业
- 有商业调研和报告撰写的相关经验为佳
- 能够熟练操作微软办公软件 (Excel、Powerpoint、Word) 和维持调研数据库者优先考虑
- 良好的中英文沟通能力
