职位描述：
岗位职责：

 To ensure that all input operations for human resources task are correct and efficient as required. 按要求录入人力资源任务信息并确保其准确性
Act as a coordinator in term of information quality & project management between regional & cluster human resources team. 协调区域和大区的人力资源团队的信息质量和项目管理
To propose for process improvement based on actual practice. 基于现行的习惯提出流程改进方案
To perform daily data quality check for human resource task as per agreed criteria.　根据沟通好的条件来确日常的数据准确性　
To work with talent acquisition, operation and learning & development functions to implement various human resources activities. 支持人力资源相关活动，包括但不局限于招聘，日常运营和学习发展
To ensure any required operations and implementation is completed as per working instruction and guides. 根据工作指南来确保所有的日常运营和实施完成
Other assignments per actual request.　根据实际情况开展其他人力资源相关任务

任职要求：

1. College or above degree 大专或以上学历

2.　Proficient in Microsoft Office　熟悉Micorsoft　office

3.　Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude　有较强的责任感，自我驱动力强
4.　Good communication skills with problem-solving capacity　良好的沟通技巧和问题解决能力
5.　Advanced analytical skills, particularly numeric　良好的分析能力，特别是数据分析能力 举报 分享
