要求：
1、有5年以上压铸模具制作经验，能熟练操作铣床、磨床、钻床等制模机床设备，对CNC及电火花的加工工艺过程有一定的了解。
2、能独立完成整套铝合金压铸模具的加工制作（除CNC有专人编程操作与电火花有专人操作）与装配过程，能读懂图纸。
3、能独立调试400T和500T压铸机，解决新模具的调试生产问题，及时准确地掌握压铸模具的使用状况，对生产部门在生产过程中所提出的问题（特别是排气问题）进行技术指导。
4、有上进创新精神，能用粤语或国语进行正常沟通，能服从管理安排。
