职位描述：
Product development Manager - Home Textiles

· min 8 years experiences in Home textile industry, with experiences in Kitchen/ bath room home textile, such as pigment print & reactive printed towels, pot holder, oven gloves, pillows, table runners, place mats would be an advantage

· Familiar with the dyeing, printing and embroidery production process

· Familiar with different textile and non textile material options, strong ability to source new materials & accessories, understand market trends, in particular for the US market

· Able to work with oversea designers independently

· Good knowledge of costing and ability to guide the design team and / or interpret customer designs to meet price targets

· Supervisory responsibility for 2 in-house designers based in Hong Kong and a sample room of 10 persons in Shunde

· Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Willing to work under pressure. Overtime will be required

· Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English required

Based in Shunde District, Foshan City.


1、8年以上家纺行业工作经验，熟悉毛巾、烤箱手套、桌布、枕头、地垫等纺织工艺流程。
2、熟悉国外市场、特别是美国市场的原材料选择，对产品设计，成本预算的管控能力。
3、共同与国外设计师研发，创新，有一定合作的能力，较强的团队精神。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、服装设计或纺织、印染专业，有8年以上相关行业经验；
3、有车缝、纸样经验优先；
4、有一定的计算机操作能力；
