职位描述：
Job Description
In charge of finance tax and AR /CRM team.
(1) Tax
？ Provide professional tax advice to cross-functional teams in compliance with laws and regulations
？ Develop and implement tax plan to minimize tax exposures, maximize tax savings and improve efficiency and accuracy
？ Review contracts / proposals from a tax perspective and make appropriate recommendations
？ Establish and maintain relationship with the relevant tax authorities to advocate legitimately for the Company
？ Co-ordinate with Group on reporting and compliance

(2) AR / CRM team
？ Take a lead to manage CRM related Finance process, including sales & tender reconciliation, etc.
？ Provide on-going financial supports to Marketing, Trading, and Operations team for new promotion program / projects
？ Coordinate with functional departments to complete A&P forecast and promotion forecast validation
？ Participate and jointly design new business / 3rd party co-operation workflow
？ Manage the daily operations of AR team to ensure timely and accurate booking and reporting
 
Requirement
(1) More than 5 years of working experience in Big-4 accounting firm. CPA/CTA qualification preferred.
(2) Strong personality, with project management skill.
(3) Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. Be mature, committed, otivated with strong sense of team work.
(4) Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management (includes Group tax team).
(5) With retail and system process experience preferred.
(6) Experience on Oracle ERP, Siebel usage preferable. 举报 分享
