Job Responsibilities:Lead the shipping team to arrange daily shipments on schedule;Book shipping space for outbound sales timely,make sure cargo depart as schedule;Do the shipping operations via SAP system;Prepare clearance documents & arrange necessary 3rd party inspection before delivery;Assist warehouse arrange loading, coordinate loading date, packing method;Apply related export document customer request and provide shipping details to customer timely and correctly;Reporting related shipment information on outbound database correctly;Deal with customer complain shipping related;Good control outbound cost through proper choice of Carrier and shipping method and analyse cost report monthly;Maintain good relationship with cross function team and customer;Well management on documents of outbound shipment;Evaluate forwarder KPI, build up good relationship with Carrier and local agency.
Job Requirements:College degree, at least 3 year related work experience;Familiar with sea freight/ air freight operation, related work experience will be preferred；Familiar with MS office and ERP;Customer minded and great team player;bility to interact with different levels of people and convince people;Good communication skill and willing to learn;Good English skill.
