职位描述：
Major Responsibilities主要职能：
1. Prepare commercial invoices for payment request ,shipping arrangement and custom编制商业发票。
2. Entry all invoice and credit note in Konto. Konto数据的录入。
3. Invoices payment tracking 跟踪付款情况。
4. Push clients to issue L/C according to contracts and shipment plans, double check and confirm carefully 根据合同和船期追开L/C，并仔细核实。
5. Base on the L/C and payments status inform sales department to arrange packing and shipping 根据已有的对应的L/C或收款情况知悉销售部安排装箱和出货。
6. According to L/C clause to prepare banking documents for negotiation 根据L/C条款出具相关押汇文件。
7. Prepare statement to push money与客户核对账款余额并出具对账单催促货款安排。
8.Check account with customer and prepare relative reports 编制其他相关的报告。


Required Skills任职资格：
1. College or above. 大专或以上。
2. Major at Financial or accounting. 财务或会计专业。
3. Accounting degree. 会计从业资格证。
4. At Least 1 years account receivable or related word experiment. and good communication skill. 最少1年以上应收会计工作经验和良好的沟通技巧。 举报 分享
