Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead NPI functional team to make overall NPI reasonable time schedule, toughly follow and realize original time schedule.
2. Organize all new products trail run, coordinate related department team members like RD, SCM, QA Manufacturing as project leader, to make sure all related case like material, equipment, fixture, documentation, test criteria of trail run can get good job done. Make sure all projects can be transferred smoothly.
3. To work with PE/IE engineers together, to develop and perfect our new products manufacturing process. To innovate and optimize current process with flexible, low cost, high efficiency and reliability concept.
4. Be further involved in all phases of NPD, to work together with RD engineer and project manager to figure out and realize DFM and DFMEA. Organize QA/NPI/PE/RD engineers to join small workshop focus on PFMEA realization.
5. Host NPI meeting and strong push all follow up items can be finished in time or ahead of time.
6. Update and release official NPI schedule and status on weekly basis as a single window of Led Lenser.
7. .Analyze and find out root cause of issues with 5 why and 8D concepts. Contribute more for trouble shooting not only for new products but also for old process.
Job Requirements:
1. major in Mechanical design. Or other engineering background like chemical, IE, electronic, etc.
2. Good command of English both oral and writing
3. More than 4 years working experiences of NPI.
4. Good skills for PM, presentation, can organize and host meeting to present projects and points in English independently.
5. Proficiency in the use of UG, CAD, project, ppt and other related structures, circuit software. Familiar with tools like PFMEA, DFM
