Job Responsibilities:
Support sales director in all aspects of international sales and marketing by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support.

Job Duties:
Answer customer service emails and phone calls from an international customer base and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Place orders and follow up with customers.
Take information from prospective customers.
Provide prospective customers with pricing and promotional information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate director’s travel and itinerary.
Keep director informed on all issues within the territory.
Work on promotional and marketing materials.
Prepare sales reports.
Maintain customer database.
Accomplish department and organization mission by completing results as needed.
Live by the company’s values and mission statements.
Bring a positive, energetic attitude to work.

Requirements:
University degree
Business English proficiency since director is a native English speaker
Minimum 1-2 years of foreign trad experience

销售助理

工作职责：
通过提供行政，文书和客户支持，支持销售总监在国际销售和营销的各个方面。

工作内容：
1)答复国际客户的电子邮件和电话，及时提供解决方案；
2)跟进客户和下达订单；
3)从潜在客户那里获取信息；
4)为潜在客户提供定价和促销信息；
5)安排和协调销售主管的工作行程；
6)及时向销售主管汇报所负责区域的所有问题；
7)制作和提供促销及营销文件和材料；
8)制作销售报告；
9)维护客户数据库；
10)根据公司和部门的需要完成工作；
11)符合和认同公司的价值观和使命；
12)积极工作，态度端正。

技能要求：
熟悉使用Microsoft Office软件，要求有数据录入技能，报告分析能力，行政写作技巧，了解客户和客户关注的事情，自我学习能力强，专业认证，注重细节，有团队合作精神。

任职要求：
大学本科毕业；
要求英文口语流利清晰，书写通顺，CET-4以上（因销售主管是美国人）；
要求有1-2年外贸经验。
