职位描述:
1. Works closely with functional area leaders in Shenzhen, Xiaolan, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Lake Forest California USA and Tai Chung, Taiwan.
2. On Site support of supplier lead time recovery; New project/product development;
3. Supplier profile maintenance; AVL update; Supplier Master Sheet;
4. HF weekly shipment report;
5. Assist/train suppliers in the correctly and timely of invoices, debit notes and credit notes (CN/DN); Tooling Payment procedure;
6. Validate that CN/DN’s, tooling invoices, price changes and supplier purchase orders have received prior junior level approval and are accurate before submission to Dir HHI SMA and LKF.
7. Respond to emergency travel situations of our USA Team members while traveling in Asia.
8. CMA % Signed Reports, Inflation & Savings Reports, Pricing Update Reports, International Orders, International Sourcing, Supplier profiles, Supplier Scorecards, Special supplier reporting. Expense Report
9. e-Room Maintenance; Bulletin Board Maintenance(G&Os 90 DAY FOCUS etc);
10. IT PC list tracker;
11. Supplier Contract Manufacturer Agreement & Profiles Database maintenance.
12. Chinese New Year Survey from Mid. Aug. and Labor Return Rate after CNY;
13. Coordinate Schedule & Reservations for Quarterly HHI USA~Asia reviews.
14. Facilitate On-Boarding checklist of new hires: access application; Procedure of Tooling payment requisition and CN/DN requisition for suppliers; SSPO, NIIF, New Vendor Supplier Set up in System;
15. Travel as required (30% of the time).
16. Email prioritization & escalation.
17. Outlook Calendar Scheduling.
18. Organization Charts, Titles, Names, Pictures, Locations, Suppliers Managed, Job Duties.
19. Reward & Recognition Administrator: Trail Blazer, OPEX, Winning Characteristics, HHI President’s award and others.
20. Monthly office OT Snacks/Special Office Supplies billings to Xiamen Finance; HHI Sourcing Director Shenzhen Apartment lease Agreement Follow up; Monthly Expense report; SMA Mainland China Annual Leave Report;
21. Training Coordinator
Education and Work Experience:
??Associates Degree.
??1 to 2 years experience in a Multi-national corporate office environment.
??Manufacturing Production Operations experience highly desired but not required.
Technical/Functional Competencies:
??Ability to speak in front of groups of 50+ people and direct them through the day’s schedule of
events.
??Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others positively.
??Strong communicator who is easily understood, concise and timely.
??Bilingual English and Mandarin … Cantonese a plus but not required.
??Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
??Strong MS Office PC Skills.
