职位描述：
1.专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2.负责订单的跟踪和协调，监控生产进度，并安排产品的出货；
3.负责样品的申请、收集及分发，接待客户等销售辅助工作；
4.负责对帐及催收货款工作；
5.组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给办事处或客户。

1.Position of Professional Staff, to fulfill the quantified work requirements periodically under the superior's direction and supervision and to handle and settle the tasks for which he/she is responsible independently;
2.to follow and coordinate the production progress of the orders and to arrange the delivery of the products;
3.to be responsible for ancillary sale works, including samples application, collection and distribution and the customer reception etc.;
4.to be responsible for accounts review and payments dunning;
5.to organize the settlement of the customer's complaints and goods rejection, give feedback to the business office or customers. 举报 分享
