职位描述：
Requirement:
1.Education Background Required:Mechanical/Chemical engineering
2.Trade/Technical Certificate:Reliability training
3.Special Skills Required:Communicate in English fluently
4.More than 8 years industrial working experience, chemical industrial preferred with 5 years supervision role in reliability and PM 5.Coating industrial is a plus; reliability and preventive maintenance system experience required
6.Reliability and PM system implementation experience.

Roles and Responsibility:
1. Responsible to develop and implement risk management strategies and programs.
2. Uses Reliability Principles and methodologies such as failure modes and effects analysis, root cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, life cycle cost analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Risk Based Inspection.
3. Responsible for training programs for operations on reliability.
4. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for equipment or product improvement.
5 .Provide on-going support to capital project engineers during the detailed design phase, equipment purchase, construction and start-up of capital projects related to reliability.
6. Lead or patriciate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA),Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR’s),and management of change (MOC’s)
7. Understands unit operations, process equipment, and technology.
