职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Handle salary and benefits administration including payroll, final settlement, social funds, etc.
- Maintain the employee database in the HR system
- Provide clerical support to the HR teams in different regions
- Assist with ad hoc assignments

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or a business-related discipline
- Good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate with a diverse team of technical and functional staff
- Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing requirements and pay attention to detail, even under tight deadlines

工作职责
- 支持薪酬福利的相关工作，包括薪金，离职工资结算和社会保险等
- 使用及更新人力资源系统内的员工数据和资料及维护其准确性
- 向不同区域的人力资源团队提供协助
- 服务中心的其它相关工作安排

基本要求
- 大学本科学历，人力资源或相关专业尤佳
- 熟练使用微软办公室软件, 熟悉SAP系统优先考虑
- 良好的组织和沟通能力
- 善于聆听，能够和不同的职能部门沟通和合作
- 乐于学习，注重细节, 能适应变化的工作需求
